Our practice is dedicated to maximizing all aspects of your health through the comprehensive specialized chiropractic care we provide. Specializing in pediatrics, pregnancy, and family wellness, with an emphasis on ADHD, sensory processing disorders, autism, and neuro-developmental disorders, we can help.

Drs. Dave and Laura Aggen are Midwest natives and graduated from the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA in 2006/2007 and have proudly serve the Coeur d'Alene community since. Both Drs. are board certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and are active members of The International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.

First Care Chiropractic has helped many charities within our community, including IDFY /Idaho Drug Free Youth, Toys for Tots, Children's Village and more.

Dr. Laura has volunteered in southern Brazil, setting up temporary Chiropractic clinics serving hundreds of patients a day, some including the local schools and orphanages. Which is were her passion for helping her pediatric community grew. Specializing in Pediatric and Prenatal care Dr. Laura continually takes many  seminars/classes, always learning on how to better serve the kids and pregnant women in her community , using a variety in very specific gentle techniques including Divisified, Gonstead, Logan Basic, Activator, and Sacral Occipital Technique. and specialized pregnant technique called Webster Technique. She has helped many kids throughout her practice varying from Chronic Ear Infections, Breastfeeding Difficulties, Sleep  Issues, Immune Challenges, Autism Spectrum, ADD/ADHD, Anxiety, Chronic Headaches, Constipation, Colic and many others. Dr. Laura is also a active member of Epic Pediatrics, which is dedicated community of Pediatric Chiropractors worldwide that continually learn from each other with constant new research and advanced techniques so they can better serve their local pediatric communities. She has also been a member of ICPA the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association for 15 years, which is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to advance chiropractic by establishing evidence-informed practice, supporting excellence in professional skills and delivering educational resources to the public. Dr.David is passionate about helping athletes achieve their goals due to his past personal experience playing sports on a college level. He is currently sponsoring a few local Crossfitters, one being a record winning Jr. USA Olympian. He also works with many local MD's who refer patients with acute injuries including worker compensation injuries or personal injury claims, to help patients get better fast. He loves serving the community by being involved in organizations like IDFY, Idaho Drug Free Youth and is currently Vice President of a non profit organization that help preserve our local lakes.

Here at First Care Chiropractic we use advanced technology called Insight Thermal and Surface EMG Scanning System. It is NASA certified and provides us with images of the stress/inferences of our Nervous System by using Surface EMG and Thermography.
